My delivery driver, Brian (A), is awesome and a great guy to associate with. He’s always respectful and even has treats ready to give to my dog every time he delivers. Even if I would ever dislike Culligan (which I like them very much) I would probably stay just because of Brian. Hopefully Culligan sees this and extends my good praises to Brian further! Thank you!

Culligan in Ellwood City has excellent service. Everyone there is kind and helpful. I want to give a high recommendation to Brian, our driver who exchanges our tanks. We forgot to leave the door open and he was nice enough to stop back later to exchange the tanks. He also said he could change the time of day that he stops to accommodate my schedule better.

The driver, Richie M. is extremely helpful! His manners, he was so polite, very knowledgeable, and if he didn’t have an answer to the question he knew just what to say to still help you out. He’s aware of his surroundings especially when driving.

I needed my cooler checked and I had a new one the next morning. On a couple of other occasions I needed my water delivery sooner than what was scheduled and had delivery the next day. My husband was hospitalized and my delivery was changed to accommodate my needs. From the office to the guys servicing or delivering this company is the best and puts the needs of the customer first.

I’ve rented a water softener for years and also just started renting a cooler a few months ago. I price shopped the cooler/water and they were the best price. The driver is always friendly and the girl that calls for my delivery every month is always cheery.
